The American Bar Association (ABA)’s Business Law Dispute Resolution and Sports Law Committees are hosting a panel entitled “Choosing Your Area; ADR in Professional Sports.” The panel is co-chaired by Joe Janochoski and Mia Levi with a co-sponsoring committee: Sports Law; Young Lawyer. The presentation will take place from 2:00-3:00 pm EST, on September 16th.
Mediation and arbitration are becoming the primary means for assuaging conflict resolution disputes that emerge in legal and commercial business matters. The most common cases involving sports include injury and non-injury grievances and salary arbitration, which can be found in an array of fields.
