Secretary of Title IX compliance in education speaks on various issues brought up regarding the progress of Title IX. Several efforts are voiced, such as being more inclusive and accommodating to people of all ages. There is currently a disparity among coordinators that are stationed in schools from the years K-12, but there is an effort being made to bridge that gap. NIL also came up in the conversation, and it was voiced that there will be structural changes made in regard to it.
