Pilgrim & Associates Arbitration, Law & Mediation LLC founder and managing attorney, Jill Pilgrim, Esq., will participate in Columbia Law School’s Empowering Women of Color Conference. The theme of the conference is “Women of Color as Change Agents”. Attorney Pilgrim will participate on the panel entitled “Developing Your Personal Narrative,” and she will address how her background and identities have influenced her professional journey and goals. Her talk will encompass insights about her four-decades long legal and business career, including beginning her legal journey as a tax associate in Big Law, through serving as the general counsel for the Ladies Professional Golf Association and USA Track & Field and, currently, as managing attorney and owner of Pilgrim & Associates Arbitration, Law & Mediation LLC. Professor Pilgrim will, no doubt, take the opportunity of presenting at the conference to recruit student for her spring semester experiential learning seminar; “Sports Law; A Dispute Resolution Perspective.”
