The firm advises and helps structure and register business entities, as well as providing all general corporate/business legal advice and services needed by any business entity operating in the USA.[1]  Services include advice on regulatory compliance, business structure, contract preparation and negotiation, corporate/business governance issues, investigations (including Title VII) and dispute resolution (mediation, arbitration and litigation avoidance strategies).  Pilgrim & Associates assists business entities with Title VII discrimination investigations and anti-discrimination initiatives.

Sports & Athletic Organization Representation

The firm advises and helps individuals and organizations structure and register business entities involved in the sports business, as well as providing all general corporate/business legal advice and services needed by any individual or sports business entity operating in the USA.  Services include advice on governance issues, regulatory compliance  and investigations (including Title IX), business structure, contract preparation and negotiation, and dispute resolution (mediation, arbitration and litigation avoidance strategies).

Dispute Resolution

The firm provides dispute resolution mechanisms that are cost efficient and time saving, with the goal of assisting clients in avoiding costly and time consuming litigation. In the first instance, Pilgrim & Associates ensures that all contractual agreements and business arrangements provide an efficient and appropriate mechanism for resolving the disagreements that are inevitable in business.  The firm also evaluates existing regulatory schemes and will assist with improving such systems by means of appropriate industry-specific standards and best practices.  The firm provides mediation services or arranges such services for clients as needed.  Finally, the firm will represent clients in mediation and arbitration proceedings, and assists clients in securing litigation counsel for those matters that require court intervention.
